Darwin's Library

A digital reconstruction of Charles Darwin's library, this resource, uniting facimilies of books in his library side by side with his marginal notes (renowned for the extent and passion) traces the development of Darwin's thought following his return from the voyage of the Beagle, through to the publication of the Origin of Species.

This collection is a collaboration between Cambridge University Library, The Natural History Museum, American Natural History Museum and the Biodiversity Heritage Library.
